Direct Hydrocarbon Detection Overview

Services > Direct Hydrocarbon Detection

Seismic attributes which act as Direct Hydrocarbon Indicators (DHIs) can greatly reduce risk. However, DHIs for all their successes still have a high number of failures.

We like to look at several different methods for potential DHIs. Depending on the available data we use time domain amplitude and waveform multi-offset analysis and/or high order spectral analysis.
